During a career focused on driving profitable growth across retail and ecommerce, our founder Steve Robinson developed a range of analytical techniques and decision frameworks to determine which growth levers to prioritise. The launch of Microsoft Power BI, combined with running a small bed linen start-up, created the opportunity to build early tools that brought greater structure and clarity to the financial engineering of that business. In parallel, consulting assignments supported by these evolving tools led clients to value the analysis so highly that they asked to retain ongoing access rather than commission one-off projects. That recurring demand became the foundation of Omnicommerce. Over the past six years, working with hundreds of consumer businesses, we have continually refined our Growth System - improving how performance is measured, how value is created, and how confident growth decisions are made.
