We, Omnicommerce Limited (Omnicommerce), are committed to protecting any personal data we hold in accordance with the data protection laws we are subject to.
 

Omnicommerce is a provider of business insight and analytics services. This privacy policy covers any processing activities we undertake as a data controller, in a context of marketing our business. For example, contacting those individuals and businesses that we believe would benefit from our services, or responding to queries we receive about our services from our website.

Any information we collect would be limited to that which helps us ensure any contact with you is relevant, for example:

• Your role in your organisation

• Your company

• Your contact details
   

How we gather personal data 

We gather information about you from various sources, which may include: 

• If you or a colleague of yours voluntarily provides it to us, in order for us to contact you about our services

• Somebody refers you to us on the basis you may benefit from our services

• Publicly available information, e.g. from LinkedIn or the company’s website

3rd party processing of data

We may sometimes use 3rd party tools to help us manage our internal business, and maintain relevant contacts for existing clients and potential clients. We don’t otherwise share any data with 3rd parties.

• Pipedrive - we may store your contact data in Pipedrive, the provider of a CRM platform, for the purposes of storing your data and managing our contact with you. 

Our website

We track the number of visitors on our website www.omnicommerce.co.uk, and what pages they’re visiting, in order to help us deliver the most relevant and engaging experience we can. This visitor data is anonymous and there is no personally identifiable information we can glean from it.

If you voluntarily contact us via our website, it is at that point we would come into the possession of personally identifiable information and limited to that you provide to us.

How we use your personal information 

We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws. We rely on the lawful basis of legitimate interest, which governs those activities whereby we either collect or use your personal data. This would always be in a context of offering our services who those who may benefit from them.

• Erasure a request that we delete any information about you except where there is legitimate business reason we continue to do so.

• Object to us processing your data, except where there is a legitimate business reason we continue to do so. 

• Restrict the processing of your personal information.
